Add support for simple containers

Description
We should add support for simple containers so tools like roarcatply(1) works for them.
The following containers are currently considered:
- AU
- RIFF/WAVE

au is currently supported, the rest is to come.

Just added RIFF_WAVE support as well.
a-Law and µ-Law support should maybe added in the DSP stuff so it can be used by the existing containers as well.

Such a patch may as well add support for some simple codecs. Basically this means a-Law and µ-Law.
