Description

Current implementation of ICY Protocol does not support meta data updates.
This is should be implemented as it important for rpld.

The protocol is very broken and brain dead. It is only used by non-free stuff. It should not be used for anything.

If anyone sends a patch I may commit it. If not that's fine with me.
