#358 new defect

rpld-storemgr is unable to write to /var/lib/roarplaylistd due to permission issues

Description

This makes creating a new store into the default directory a bit tricky...

Also the Script assumes that the rpld binary is called rpld which is not the case(atleast on Debian).

Debian should provide a /etc/rpld-storemgr.conf with the following content:

RPLD='roarplaylistd'

Also to me it seems that /var/lib/roarplaylistd is created in install with the correct permissions.
