Usage of -R/-B/-C/-E should be the same on all roarclients — at Initial Version

Description
The usage of -R, -B, -C and -E should be the same on all roarclients.
There are two steps which needed to be done:
- Add -E to all clients taking --codec
- Update all clients to support symbolic names.
