There should be a way to control the usage of RPG. This includes enabling as well disabling support for RPG Tags and setting values manually.

The RPG handling should be settable to the following values:

• default (server default)
• none (no RPG is applied)
• user defined (values are set some way by the user)
• album values
• track values
• album values, fallback to track values
• track values, fallback to album values

In any case the global last resort fallback is 'none'.

Support for the "URAS" playlist format should be added.

The format is XML based and in some aspects similar to XSPF.
